We apologize for disappointing the children hoping to start playing a little earlier than grading, but this is out of our hands. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Under 10 development clinic has been cancelled this week due to the weather. Hopefully next weeks' will still go ahead. Check your emails and the website next week for updates. This would be useful for all parents thinking of coaching in 2012. BNA COACHES CLINIC More netball available from Inside Sportz at Strathpine who are starting up a junior netball competition See old news for details Lana Spice from Inside Sportz at Strathpine is starting up a junior netball competition to help cater for those youngsters that can’t get enough of it. It will be run on a Friday evenings and will cost $5 per player per round. We plan on starting the first round on the 7th October, but will not be played over the school holidays. If you are interested please contact the centre on 3205 5644. For those wishing to attend the first committee meeting of the new year, please note the next ACE netball meeting will now be the 18th October 2011. The September meeting has been cancelled (due to school holidays).

We have been advised by PRNA that the Summer Nights programme due to start on the 3rd October is unlikely to go ahead because of a lack of support, particularly from other clubs. This is obviously a disappointment, but we are left with no alternative but to abandon the registration of teams for this competition. For those interested there is a still an option to compete in the BNA Summer competition. Details maybe found on their website.

The date has been set and the venue has been booked. Mark in your diary September 3rd 2011 as the party event not to be missed! Yes it's the ACE Netball Club break-up. We have booked Eatons Hill State school for the day, and it is already shaping up as THE event of this years social calendar. ACE Netball Club is holding an introductory developmental umpire work shopstarting 5th May for 6 weeks to be held at the ACE training courts at Brendale. This workshop is open to all players (age 10 and above) plus also parents/coaches that are interested in extending their knowledge of the game. Click here for further information. Well done to all of you! 10th March Uniforms for BNA will arrive Friday afternoon 11/3/11 and our Uniform Convenor Donna will make sure every team has their uniforms in time for the 1st game on Saturday 12/3/11. PRNA Uniforms will be ready for collection next week on Tuesday 15/3/11. Donna will be at the Brendale courts Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon training sessions to distribute. Any teams that are missed out, Lana will also be helping when she is at the courts on Friday afternoon. 25th Feb PRNA Teams Announcement Many thanks to all the players, coaches and parents for their patience while the club completed the 2011 grading and team selection process. It has been a large undertaken, and we have now finalized the selection of 37 teams across all age groups including a total of 317 players! We can now start to enjoy the 2011 season with hopefully a bagfull of trophies for our teams. Have a great season and thanks for supporting Brisbane's Best Netball Club. Congratulations to the winners of our 2010 Chocolate Drive. 1st prize went to Victoria Sergeant who sold a whopping 13 boxes! Second was Maddison Young who sold 9 and third was Serena Panton who sold 6. Well done to all who supported this and helped raise over $8,000 for the club.. Go ACE !! 27th July It is getting close to the end of the season and we need to arrange the trophies for the break-up.
